On Friday October 24th the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia will hear opening arguments from counsel of the defendants CACI International Inc and CACI Premier Technology, on defendants Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint. The hearing will be held at 10 am at the Albert V. Bryan U.S. Courthouse, 401 Courthouse Square, Alexandria, Virginia 22314.

Also on Friday October 24th in the United States District Court Southern District of Florida, Miami Division, CCR will be arguing in opposition to the defendants Joint Motion to Dismiss in our Mamani et al v. Sanchez case. The hearing will beginning at 1:00 pm.

Both cases are expected to raise  key elements involved in ATS litigation including political question, scope of ATS and TVPA, and immunity/government contractor defense.
