This year’s State of the South Conference is the sixth in a series of annual conferences focusing on different access to justice issues in the Southeastern United States. The conference this year will focus on restorative justice efforts in the South and interdisciplinary approaches to reparative remedies. We will discuss ways in which Southern communities are addressing historical harms and remediating those harms in a variety of contexts. Each panel will highlight the ways in which the broader legal community can support and promote meaningful restorative justice. CLE credits are available.
