The Center for Constitutional Rights brought the first Guantánamo case more than five years ago. On December 5th, CCR again represented Guantánamo detainees before the Supreme Court to demand their right to know why they are being held.
On December 5, the U.S. Supreme Court heard the cases of Al Odah v. U.S. and Boumediene v. Bush. These cases represent the third time the high court heard a Guantánamo-related case.
